Booking Policy

When booking your online or over the phone appointments:

If you're not sure of the service that you're after, please book in for our free consultation service.
We ask that you are 5 minutes early to your appointment so we can remain on time.
If you are late to your appointment, we may not be able to offer you the full service that you have booked in for as each service require a certain amount of time. Please call the salon on 6362 6668 if you know your going to be running late for your appointment, our stylist will look to see if they have enough time to do your service or a reduce service. If they can not do this you will be asked to rebook.
If you are on a short time-frame, please let us know by specifying in the comment section or on phone when making your appointment. We will try to make time frames work but this is something we cant always accommodate with certain services
We only have time for the service that you book for, so if you book the wrong service and what your are wanting requires more time we can only do this if we have the time to do so. If your not sure of what to book in for online please book in for a free consultation, this way we can make sure we allow the right timing for your service your are wanting to get done.

Studio Desire Hair Design has an 24 hour cancellation policy in place.
We ask as a courtesy at least 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation or reschedule of appointment, so we have time to allocate the appointment to another client.
Cancelled, reschedules or no shows, under the 24-hour period, they will be charged (50% of service for not giving 24 hours notice to cancel 100% for no shows).
We have a lot of clients patiently waiting for an appointment, and when we don't have enough notice not only do our clients lose out, so do we as a small business.
We send out a reminder text 48 hrs before your appointment; please use this time to make any changes to any your appointment.
